From our studio to your space.

Every Catt & Co. Studio artwork is individually handcrafted and carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely at its new home.

Ready-to-ship artwork is typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

At this time, Catt & Co. Studio ships within the contiguous United States.

Each artwork is carefully wrapped and packaged to protect its dimensional fibers, wooden frame, and handcrafted details during transit.

All artwork shipments are insured for their full purchase value.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary by destination.

Catt & Co. Studio is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we're happy to assist if a shipment encounters an issue.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

Include your order number, photographs of the artwork, shipping box, and packaging materials.

Please retain all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

We'll work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, including a refund, repair, or replacement where available.
