Collection 01 - 26" Fiber Art - Walnut

Dimensional fiber art, built and woven by hand. 

Part of Catt & Co. Studio's first collection, this 26 x 26 inch piece brings together natural wool roving and recycled cotton cord in soft, organic layers of cream and warm beige. Each row is woven by hand directly onto a hand-built walnut frame, finished with copper details.

The larger scale allows the texture to become part of the architecture of a room, substantial enough to stand alone while remaining quiet, warm and tactile. 

No two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in fiber, texture and weave are part of the handmade nature of each work.

Gently dust as needed using clean, dry air or a very soft duster. Avoid pulling or brushing the fibers. Keep away from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.
